On September 1, 2010, Riverdale will welcome its first openly gay character.

"The introduction of Kevin is just about keeping the world of Archie Comics current and inclusive. Archie's hometown of Riverdale has always been a safe world for everyone. It just makes sense to have an openly gay character in Archie comic books," stated Archie Comics Co- CEO, Jon Goldwater."

This is nice! Great work, Archie Comics!

Love and Other Drugs

Trailer's out! I want!

*Thought*

I remember what sir told us in NARATIV. That horror movies will always be made because they purge our emotions without us really experiencing horror and gore ourselves. They serve as outlets for those negative vibes.

Can we say the same about romance movies? That as long as there are loveless, lonely people who want an intimate connection with another person, who just want to feel whatever feelings one feels when in love, romantic movies will always be made? Hmm.

Please?

Somebody, hold me too close.
Somebody, hurt me too deep.
Somebody, sit in my chair
And ruin my sleep
And make me aware
Of being alive.

Somebody, need me too much.
Somebody, know me too well.
Somebody, pull me up short
And put me through hell
And give me support
For being alive.
Make me alive.

Make me confused.
Mock me with praise.
Let me be used.
Vary my days.
But alone is alone... not alive.

Somebody, crowd me with love.
Somebody, force me to care.
Somebody, make me come through.
I'll always be there,
As frightened as you,
To help us survive
Being alive.
Being alive.
Being alive!

Actually Ironic

"It's like rain on a dehydration victim's funeral"

"It's a free ride to your bankruptcy trial"

"It's like rain flooding the umbrella factory"

"It's like rain on your wedding day...to the Egyptian sun god, Ra"

"It's a free ride when you've already paid...for a stolen car."

BENTA! :D
They say that Alanis Morrisette's version doesn't really present ironic situations. So they revised it. :)
